Last week, Original BTC exhibited at True Craftsmanship during Copenhagen Design Week, a collaborative showcase celebrating exceptional design, skilled making and beautifully crafted lighting.

Across two unique venues in Nyhavn, we welcomed visitors alongside our partners Made by Hand and Intra Lighting. Set against the backdrop of Copenhagen’s historic waterfront, the exhibition brought together complementary perspectives on craftsmanship, materiality and contemporary lighting design.

Aboard the historic vessel Judie, guests explored an atmospheric installation featuring suspended lighting displays, cobalt blue accents and views across the canal.

At Nyhavn 14, our collections were showcased within the intimate interiors of an Italian restaurant, demonstrating how thoughtful lighting enhances and shapes a space.

Visitors discovered a curated selection of Original BTC collection highlights alongside recent launches, including the Neotenic collection, created in collaboration with Buchanan Studio.

We were delighted to connect with architects, designers, retailers and design enthusiasts from across the industry, and to share the stories, craftsmanship and creativity behind our lighting. The exhibition was made all the more memorable by the many conversations, new connections and familiar faces who joined us throughout the week.
