Whether you'd like to place an order or need some advice, our Original BTC Support team are always on hand to help with any enquiries you might have. To assist you in the meantime, please find our frequently asked questions below.
If a customer (not a business) would like to return a product, we need to be notified within 14 days of receipt of the product; the customer must then return the product within a further 14 days.
Any items which have been personalised cannot be returned as they are deemed bespoke pieces.
Product to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in and should not have been installed. They should be sent back to our Head Office address by a tracked/signed for courier service and must be well packed to ensure safe delivery. We are unable to accept items that are not returned in their original state.
In order to arrange a return, customers must fill in the Contact Form. This will be processed, and we will respond within 48 hours. On confirmation customers will be emailed a label to stick on the box.
* Please note that returns will not be accepted unless they have registered in this way with the label stuck to the outside of the box.
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days. If the order has already been processed it may not be possible to stop the order from being dispatched. If we can, we will stop the order from being sent. If it is too late and the order has already been dispatched, customers are required to return the product in the same condition that it was received in. The product condition must be checked before arranging for the item to be sent back.
* Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning their products and to avoid any damage during transport, we advise that customers pack returns carefully.
To cancel an order:
If you have an online account please login and go to ‘My Orders’, find the order you wish to cancel, click cancel; if it is possible, this will cancel the order.
If you do not have an online account, please telephone 01993 883383 and log this as quickly as possible. Customers will also be required to confirm their order cancellation in writing, through our Contact Form.
This will be processed within 14 days, you will receive a credit note with your refund details once this has been done.
The refund can only be made to the original method of payment.
