No, there are no duties to be paid on the products we sell.

No, you will no longer be charged 20% VAT by us, the equivalent local VAT will be payable on delivery instead. If you are making a purchase on behalf of a business you will be able to claim the VAT back as you normally would with any purchase made within your home country. 

No, you will need to place another order. 

You can order through our website, alternatively you can get in touch via our Contact Form; we will the provide a proforma invoice/order confirmation depending on your payment terms. 

We would prefer that all orders are placed via our website/email, in exceptional circumstances we will take an order over the phone.

Our showrooms do not hold stock to purchase, however our teams there will be more than happy to assist with your ordering needs.

We do hold stock of certain products, but the majority are made to order. The lead time is shown clearly on the product page of the website; this is the best source of information regarding availability.

We have showrooms in London, Paris, Munich, New York, Taipei, and Taichung. For more details, including opening times and contact information, please visit our Showroom Page.

If you’re unable to visit a showroom, please fill out our Contact Us form, and we’ll help identify a local stockist where you can view our lights.

Customers from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT. By selecting Channel Islands at checkout, the VAT will be removed from your order.

You will receive your VAT invoice upon the order being ready for dispatch, this will be emailed to the billing contact in your account. If you have any queries with your invoice, please contact us via the Contact Form.
