About
The unique, curved shape of the BB1 Pendant ensures an ample, general spread of background light, while remaining aesthetically pleasing. Add further character to its hand-spun aluminium shade with a choice of yellow, black or polished aluminium.
Manufacturing
We draw on a long tradition of British metalworking to create our lighting designs. Each of our spun shades begins as a sheet metal disc. The disc is clamped against a shaped block and both are rotated at high speed. Our craftspeople apply pressure by hand, gradually shaping the disc around the block.
The shade is then finished by polishing, weathering or powder coating.
