About
The Magnus pendant captures the fluidity and natural movement of molten glass. Sculptural shades in soft opal white are held in a sleek metal frame in rich blackened bronze. The fixture provides plenty of direct lighting to surfaces below, while the shades emit a warm glow, enriching the atmosphere of any room.
Every angle has been considered, ensuring the pendant appears clean and refined even when viewed from above, and maintains its integrity across a wide range of interiors. The Magnus S2 features two sculptural shades forming a linear composition, ideal for small tables, kitchen counters, or compact spaces. The Magnus series includes three and four shade pendants in a linear arrangement, and four and six shade options in a multi-arm configuration.
Manufacturing
Each Magnus shade is mouth-blown in our glassworks in Oxfordshire. Our experts use the finest raw materials and traditional techniques to shape the glass. Emerging from the crucible with a honey-like consistency, the molten glass responds to gravity before taking form in the mould. This process creates the collection’s distinctive rounded silhouette, with a subtly squashed profile that reflects the organic nature of hand-crafted glass.
The final fixture is also assembled on site.
